General Terms & Conditions
CorreYvuela Bot, S.L., domiciled in Barcelona c/ San Elías, 29, Esc. B, 6º-1ª, CP 08006 y N.I.F. B66810078 (hereinafter “nixi1”) is a technological Platform that, through artificial intelligence, processes messages arising from instant messaging tools (chatbot) facilitating to the Users information, access and the formalization of reservations and various transactions regarding a wide offer of flights marketed, operated and promoted by airlines, directly or through third parties, under nixi1’s intermediation.
With nixi1’s Platform (“the Platform”), the User will be able to check travel itineraries, price offers, schedules and the number of stopovers from a broad range of operating carriers as well as check the conditions, formalize reservations, pay the tickets, save their own personalized searches and invite to third parties to use the Platform.
The website in which the present terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are stored is our flagship to the User, however it is not possible to perform any of the previous functionalities mentioned other than access to information regarding our services. Through the different buttons of the Website, the User will be able to add the contact of nixi1 to their respective contact lists from the different instant messaging services available such, Facebook Messenger (@nixi1), Telegram (nixi1Bot) and SMS (phone number) enabling the User the access to our Platform.
2.- Object and Scope
The object of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the legal relationship between the User and nixi1, providing the User with the maximum guarantees of transparency and security within the applicable regulation to digital marketplace and consumer protection.
The original Spanish version of these Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and the User cannot derive any different rights from the original version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Spanish version and any other language version, the Spanish language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, shall prevail and be conclusive.
The present Terms and Conditions are not the own carriers’ terms and conditions that market their travel options through nixi1. Hence, the User prior to formalize the reservation shall access, read carefully and understand the conditions applied by the airline that issues the plane tickets. Having accepted entirely those conditions, the User can make the reservation through nixi1.
nixi1 is not responsible for the content nor any updates/amendments of the Terms and Conditions made by the airlines whose ticketing facilitates.
Once accepted both the Terms and Conditions and the airline’s specific conditions, the User formalizes two contracts: one with the airline providing the service, who will charge the amount of the ticket, and the other with nixi1 as an intermediary, to whom the User will pay the applicable management fee. Therefore, nixi1 is not responsible for the failure to comply or the right fulfillment of those services which are part of the contract between the airline and the User.
All Users declare that they are of full legal age (18) under the Spanish legislation and in legal capacity to purchase the services offered through the Platform according to the present Terms and Conditions. In the event of engagement with a minor, nixi1 assumes no responsibility. Hence, the legal representatives will assume any expenses which might arise in connection with the contract.
nixi1 is a free platform that can be used through different instant messaging services available such Facebook, Messenger, Telegram and SMS; computer, tablet and smartphone, being compatible with all same operating systems used by the instant messaging services. Notwithstanding that the Platform is free, in no case will be responsible for the consumer spending on mobile data that the User might incur while using the Platform by means of the different instant messaging tools without a Wi-Fi connection.
nixi1 will make reasonable efforts to maintain adequate availability of the Platform at all times for its Users. However, the availability and proper operation of the Platform may be impaired, slowed down or impossible due to uncontrollable factors and beyond the responsibility of nixi1, factors such as, but not limited, the operation of the booking engines of the airlines and/or providers with which they are linked, caché bugs or the quality of the User’s internet connection. Hence, nixi1 is not responsible for neither guarantees that the access to the Platform will be infallible, constant and free of flaws.
nixi1 reserves the right to include advertising in the Platform.
Additionally, nixi1 reserves the right to interrupt temporally its services without prejudice of the reservations already formalized.
4.-Term of the Conditions
These Terms and Conditions will come into force on February 1, 2017 and shall remain in effect indefinitely being applicable to the relationship between nixi1 and the User as they browse the Website or use the services of the Platform. The User can stop using the Website, App and the Platform at any time, simply by leaving the site or by removing the contact from nixi1 from the directory of the instant messaging tools in which it has been installed.
5.- Start-up process to use the Platform
The User will be able to access the services of nixi1 by adding to his/her contact list of the compatible instant messaging tool that he/she uses, without the need for previous registration. Simply by reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the User might be required to enter personal information when contracting a service.
The data to add to nixi1 as a contact is the following:
Facebook Messenger: @nixi1
SMS: phone number added by clicking on the link offered on the Website.
6.-Flight reservation process using nixi1
In order to make a reservation, the User must store the data of nixi1 in his/her device as a new contact of the agenda (integrated in his/her chosen instant messaging service), and accept the Terms and Conditions by means of the introduction of required parameters on the facilitated template by the chatbot.
The parameters are those essential data of the flights that the User wants to acquire, such as origin and destination, dates, number of people, preferred schedules, etc. nixi1 will provide the User a template through the open chat that will clearly indicate to the User the parameters necessary for the automated search of their flights.
The Platform will search and compare the prices of the flights offered by the suppliers online and will offer to the User a result based on the mathematically lower amount. This result will be obtained by researching the most economical rate established by an air transport services provider in its distribution channel or by agreement with nixi1, without nixi1 being able to technically apply in this search any circumstances modifying the price such as the luggage policy of the airline, complementary transport services, residents or groups discounts, flight hours, child fare, etc.
The Platform will offer the User the data of the cheapest flights found, indicating the airline that sells the flight tickets and the final price, taxes and management fees included.
Once having consulted the airline own conditions indicated by nixi1, if the User agrees with these and with the engagement of the proposed flights, he/her will access the payment gateway through the facilitated link.
The User will display a locator (alphanumeric code) in the conversation of the instant messaging service. Simultaneously, the User will receive by e-mail his/her booking voucher with:
– The necessary indications for the check-in with the specific airline.
– Flight details, schedules and stopovers
– Identification of the passenger (s)
Likewise, the User will receive a copy in pdf. of these Terms and Conditions.
Depending on the airline, the User will be able to receive directly the electronic ticket, which will occasionally have to be printed and in others it will not be necessary, having to obtain the boarding pass in the check-in desk upon presentation of the digital ticket or by means of online systems offered by some airlines. It will be a responsibility of the User to consult the conditions of the airline previous to accept.
After having formalized the reservation, the User must review the contents of the same in order to identify possible errors in the data entry. In order to process its correction, the User must contact the corresponding airline, whose conditions will fully apply regarding the modification of the reservation data.
The Platform is programmed to detect incidents throughout the reservation process. If the User incorrectly type the parameters or commands requested by nixi1 in the chat several times, a protocol is automatically activated through which a human operator will assist the User in the hiring process as soon as possible. If within the period of connection of the human assistant the User correctly enters the required data, the human assistance request will be canceled and the chatbot will be reactivated in order to continue the booking process completely automatically. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Users may contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com
nixi1 may carry out quality controls and loyalty actions through the same instant messaging channel that the User has used for the flight reservation or through the telephone number or email provided by the User.
Any modifications or cancellations of the reservations will be subject, in any case, to the specific policies of modification and cancellation of the airline or air ticketing provider, except for the nixi1’s management fee.
The price shown in the chat to the User is the final price that will be charged on the customer’s card (for the total of passengers). The total price indicated includes both taxes payable and the applicable management fee that represents the consideration of nixi1 due to its intermediation. The price does not include any other concept, especially any additional costs that the User has to bear or want to undertake due to the airline’s baggage policies, insurance, administrative documents, visas, access fees or customs, etc.
The prices of the flights are constantly updated by the airlines fluctuating multitude of times a day. It is possible, therefore, that in a reservation process initiated by a User with certain and identical search parameters, different results are thrown by nixi1 depending on the specific moment in which searches are performed. It is even possible that during a search that lasts, the price offered oscillates. In no case the price, once offered on the payment gateway, will differ from the charge made on the User’s card.
nixi1 will generally charge a management fee of 5%, taxes included, on the total price of the ticket, taxes included. In case of any cancellation nixi1’s management fee is not refundable to the User unless this is due to force majeure. In certain transactions, the fee may vary, clearly stated in the documentation sent to the customer.
The price will be offered in euros. In cases where the price is shown in a currency other than Euros, the exchange rate in force indicated by the European Central Bank at the time of the reservation will be applied. In no case nixi1 will be responsible for any surcharges or losses that the User may have to bear due to the corresponding currency charge applied by the airline on the amount of the travel document other than the euro.
nixi1 may launch promotions through which air transport services can be accessed under special conditions, or a certain discount can be applied over the prices offered. In such cases, the Platform will ask the User for the password or promotional code prior to the settlement through the virtual POS, applying the discount on the price shown. The conditions, limitations and exclusions to benefit from such offers will be detailed in each specific promotion.
Payments for the services of nixi1 can be made by debit or credit card through the digital payment gateway Stripe.
In no case nixi1 will have access or store the data of the card entered by the User to make the payment, which will be treated encrypted through the digital payment tool.
The amount can be paid by VISA credit / debit cards, MasterCard debit / credit / prepaid or American Express, Diners. The User must consult with his/her bank the eventual surcharge for commissions that will be applied for the transaction, without prejudice that the fee is indicated on the payment form. nixi1 in no case is responsible for the charges that the bank could apply due to the transaction, especially in relation to any charges derived from currency exchange during the payment.
Since payment is an automated process, nixi1 will not be responsible for any problems that the User may have during the payment with the card, nor any illegal charges made by the Users on cards not owned by them.
nixi1 reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the transaction is not completed successfully or if there are indications of fraud or illegality of the purchase.
Either a single transaction, or two transactions (one corresponding to the amount of the tickets made by the air transport service provider and another for the management fee of nixi1) may be reflected in the User’s bank account. The total amount of both charges will be identical to the final price offered to the User by nixi1 through the instant messaging conversation.
The User will receive the itinerary, the locator and the invoice through e-mail, expressly accepting this channel. For any request, consultation or claim related to the payments, charges or billing, the User can contact nixi1 through firstname.lastname@example.org
9.- Responsibilities and obligations of the User
The User agrees to use the services and content of nixi1, on the Website,App and on the Platform, for private use and in accordance with the Law and the general and particular Terms and Conditions of the services offered at any time, and shall refrain from using them for:
- To introduce in the software network or applications with the intention of causing damage to the computer systems of nixi1, its suppliers or third parties users of the internal network or of this Website.
- Perform illegal activities, contrary to good faith, customs, morale or public order.
- Carry out activities that constitute a violation of the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, data protection law or any other of the applicable legal order.
- Making speculative, false or fraudulent applications or contracts.
Without prejudice to the minimum obligations imposed on the intermediaries in the current legislation, the use of this Platform is made under the sole risk and responsibility of the User.
The effective reservation will be subject also to the specific terms and conditions that the suppliers established in each case, that the User now accepts. The User agrees to respect the terms and conditions of purchase that might be established by any supplier with whom he/she finally contracts.
The User is responsible for providing his/her data correctly in the contracting process, and at all times the User must enter all the identification data correctly and as they appear on his/her ID or passport. The User will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided and will be responsible for communicating to the airline any modification in them. nixi1 reserves the right to deny the use of the Platform to any User who has provided false data, without prejudice of the corresponding legal actions.
Each User is responsible for the access to any devices in which he / she has added the contact of nixi1 and in which he / she entered any personal or bank data. The User accepts to be responsible and will solely assume the economic consequences that may derive from any use of this Website,App and the Platform and that are consequence of the unauthorized use by a third party.
The User shall be responsible for informing and complying with the specific requirements and instructions of the airline: billing requirements, schedules, time in advance, flight status, luggage, check in, pregnancy …
If the User is going to travel with minors, he/she must consult the policy of the airline and adjust the trip of the minors to this one.
If the User is going to travel with more adults, he/she must have the express authorization of these to facilitate their data and formalize the reservation in their name.
If the User reserves return flights, he / she should pay special attention to the specific conditions applied by the airline in relation to the rates, changes and cancellations. If there is no use of the outward flight, the User shall consider the possibility that certain airlines could cancel the return flight, despite the fact that the Spanish courts have declared such a condition as abusive.
Additionally, the User must take into account the requirements of each airline regarding additional costs that may be incurred.
10.- nixi1’s Liability
nixi1 is not part of the contractual relationship between the airline and the User and limits its liability to the minimums if applicable under the current legislation concerning the intermediation transport services, specifically, including but not limited:
- nixi1 shall be responsible for the correct functioning of the Website, la App and the Platform within its own scope and control according to the specific incidence and its individual intervention in the development and maintenance of the module from which the incidence was derived, specially taking into consideration that certain functionalities of the Platform are partially supported by other technology partners of nixi1.
- nixi1 is not liable for any damages that may occur to the User when using this Website, App or the Platform, such as temporary interruptions, manipulations, viruses or other detrimental element, inconvenience or incident of any kind. nixi1 has taken and applies all the necessary security measures for the development of its activity.
- Additionally, nixi1 will not liable for any inconvenience, accident, damage or problem caused by force majeure or incidentally outside its scope of control.
- Under no circumstances will nixi1 be responsible for links to other websites in their Website, App or the Platform. Therefore, nixi1 does not assume any responsibility, not even indirect or subsidiary, for any damage which may arise from access, maintenance, use, quality, legitimacy, reliability and usefulness of the contents, information, communications, opinions, statements, products or services existing in or offered by the websites not managed by nixi1 and accessible through the Website or the Platform.
- nixi1 does not have control over the flights. Therefore, it will not respond for the failure to comply or the right fulfillment of the services, errors or lack of updated requirements, assigned seats, luggage management, flight duration, stopovers or inaccuracies of prices due to fluctuations in revenue management or currency exchange, airline information, etc.
- nixi1 offers air transport services, which require certain physical and psychological faculties. It is the responsibility of the User to evaluate whether there are any circumstances related to his or her health or other passengers travelling with him/her together that may pose a risk to the User or third parties.
- Whether the User fails to report at the departure of the flight, or not being at the airport with time in advance as fixed by the airline, due to causes other than force majeure, no refund will be made, neither from the airline nor nixi1, losing the amounts paid. It is the sole responsibility of the User to locate the airport and be there on time. It is recommended to contract insurance for cancellation of reservations.
- nixi1 is not responsible for the loss of luggage or personal effects of Users during flights. Neither will be responsible for the damages suffered by the Users, their illnesses during the trip, nor their death. Therefore, for a greater protection and security, nixi1 recommends to Users to contract insurance policies of assistance, notwithstanding their rights set out under the applicable legislation.
- Airlines, consolidators, travel agencies and/or any other tourist intermediary whose air ticketing intermediates nixi1 are responsible for having the permits, licenses and insurance necessary to carry out their activities and will be responsible in the event of any incidents regarding their flights.
Within the fulfillment of the standards of quality and vocation of service to the User, nixi1 makes reasonable efforts to continuously review the search processes using its technology and qualified personnel. Despite the efforts, those processes are not exempt from containing inaccuracies, mistakes or any kind of material error or arithmetic generated involuntarily. nixi1 does not guarantee the accuracy neither the reliability of the information or the content of the Website, App and the Platform, especially regarding the one facilitated by the service providers for the commercialization of their services by means of the Platform. In particular, nixi1 shall be entitled to refuse all responsibility in case of typographical or numerical errors with respect to those where nixi1 operated with due diligence, immediacy and in good faith both for its correction and to inform the User and repay any advanced payments made if applicable. This exemption from liability is particularly applicable in cases of acquisition of services in which a sales price is detected that is disproportionately misaligned with respect to the reasonable market value of the service and therefore notoriously wrong for the perception of an average User.
11.- Prerequisites, passport and other identifications, visas, health and safety
In no case will nixi1 be responsible for the fulfillment by the User of the necessary requirements for the realization of the flights acquired through the Platform.
According to the Resolution of July 16, 2012, of the General Secretariat of Transport, which publishes the Agreement of Council of Ministers of July 6, 2012, which modifies the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of May 5 Of 2006, by which approves the National Program of Security for the Civil Aviation, to fly from Spain it will be necessary:
In other countries, in addition, additional documentation can be requested such as the visa to access the country of destination, a health certificate, a solvency bank certificate, insurance for a minimum duration equal to the stay period, etc. In any case, it is the User’s responsibility to consult all those requirements.
Documentation requirement can vary taking into consideration the Passenger’s nationality.
Additionally, it will be the User’s responsibility, to consult the possible vaccines recommended to visit the destination chosen as well as attend to the health, hygiene and health precautions that must be adopted or hazards that could be faced at the place of destination. Likewise, nixi1 is not responsible or guarantees in any way the security of the User in his/her destinations in relation to socio-political and/or warlike situations, which the User can check before his/her reservation through reliable sources such as http: //www.exteriores. Gob.es/.
12.-Minors and accompanying services
Reservations for children under 12 years old for the unaccompanied minor service will have to be made directly with the airlines since the Platform cannot automatically activate the accompaniment request.
Reservations made up of minors between 12 and 17 years old, it may be necessary to reconfirm the reservation with the airline directly.
We recommend the Users to carefully read the travel conditions of minors regulated by each airline, since some of them, especially low cost companies, could deny boarding to minors, even traveling with legal guardians, if any of their specifics of their conditions is not fulfilled.
Users are advised of the possibility of signing a cancellation insurance in order to recover the amount of their air tickets if the circumstances described in the insurance policies are met, preventing them from enjoying the flights. nixi1 does not offer insurance, reason why the User should contact an insurance company or mediator to obtain it.
14.-Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Website, App and Platform, including its elements, brands, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, images, database, source code and software, as well as the selection, compilation, ordering, programming, design and assembly of all the content, the browser structure of the Website and Platform are owned by nixi1 and its technology partners and are protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property standards and laws.
Any use of the content or photographs of the Website, App and the Platform, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, subsequent publication, exhibition or total or partial representation of it without the express consent of nixi1 or its technological partners is strictly prohibited.
15.-Blog, comments and opinions
In the event that nixi1 enables a public web mailbox where the User can express their comments and opinions, the latter undertakes not to incorporate illegal, false, insulting, racist, xenophobic content that violates current legislation in areas such as intellectual property or industrial and any others against public order, moral and good faith. nixi1 reserves the right to delete the contents without prior notice in case of non-compliance.
The User may only publish his / her opinion with regard to nixi1 once a reservation has been formalized. nixi1 reserves the right to publish it and modify it. In any case, nixi1 is not responsible for the content or any transmission included by the Users. The responsibility of the statements spread on is solely and exclusively of those who make them.
16.-Invalidity or unenforceability of any provision
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision (in whole or part) of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions (in whole or part). The whole or part of any provision which is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions.
The non-effective condition will be substituted by a new one, or interpreted in a legally acceptable way which will be as close to the original sense as possible, had the inefficiency of the said condition been known.
17.-Right of withdrawal
Based on the provisions of article 93 k) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for passenger transport services, without prejudice to the obligation of the provider to inform the User, prior to making any payment, of:
– the main characteristics of the services to an extent appropriate to the medium used and the services concerned,
– the total price including taxes and fees,
– the duration of the contract and the terms of resolution
– and of the minimum duration of the consumer and User’s obligations derived from the contract.
Implemented such obligations through the present Terms and Conditions, as well as through the Conditions of the airlines whose services intermediates nixi1, the User is expressly reminded that the applicable cancellation conditions will be those in force at the time of formalization of the reservation of the concerned airline.
18.-Privacy and Data Protection Policy
The User will be requested the necessary personal data required by airlines to issue the air tickets.
According to the criteria established in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD) or regulations that replace it, in order to be able to render its services correctly, nixi1 needs the authorization of the User in connection to the processing of personal data.
Accepting the present Privacy and Data Protection policy, the User certifies that he / she understands and accepts the possibility that Corrivaled -solely for the purposes described below- can access for data management, review and analysis, to the communication of data made by the Users through the web, the Platform, e-mail or phone of nixi1.
The main purpose of the processing of personal data is the management and correct compliance of the contracts between the User, the airlines (or third parties offering air ticketing) and nixi1.
Through the App and the Platform, we will offer information about products and services that may be of interest to the User as well as advertising, promotions and other commercial recommendations relating similar or ancillaries products or services as the ones searched as well as to perform surveys, statistics and analysis of market trends.
Pursuant to the applicable data protection law, the User is hereby informed and accepts that their personal data provided or that will be provided to nixi1 will be filed in our Customers Data Base, duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency, property of nixi1. The User can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data by addressing your request personally or in writing to the nixi1’s social domicile or by sending an email to email@example.com
The processing of the data will always be carried out under the strictest systems and security measures within the scope of the Spanish Act on Data Protection (Organic Law 15/1999, of personal data protection).
Communication of Personal Data
The personal data provided will be communicated to airlines either directly or through third-party intermediaries such as online travel agents, technology Platforms and GDS (global distribution systems), or consolidators, who must use them for the sole purpose of compliance of the contract. The data collected will be stored and can be transferred in an encrypted form outside the European Union to any of the providers. By providing their personal data, the User accepts this transfer if it occurs.
The data of the User will not be communicated to third parties, except in the following cases:
- a) Once the User has given his/her consent to the data processing, for the provision of services performed by third parties, including payment processing, data analysis and design of new tourist services. nixi1 will only send the personal information of the User to the suppliers of flights contracted by the User.
- b) Whether nixi1 is obliged to disclose or share the User’s personal data in order to comply with any legal, administrative or judicial obligation, or to protect the rights, property or security of nixi1 or our clients.
- c) Whether nixi1 is acquired by a third party, in which case the personal data of its clients will be one of the assets transferred.
The information provided through cookies is valuable as it helps us to improve the services offer the Users. However, and although we appreciate that the User accepts cookies from our Website, we remember that the User can set their browser to accept them or not, or for the browser to notify you when a server wants to save one of them. To perform this configuration:

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
In the event of an IP anonymity activation on this web page, the User’s IP address will be shortened through Google in the event that the User is in a member country of the European Union or other countries that are signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transferred to Google in the United States and abbreviated there. The action of anonymizing the IP is activated in this Website.
Google will use this information on behalf of nixi1 for the purpose of analyzing the use of the Website, compiling reports of the activity and providing other services related to Internet traffic and use. Google may transfer such information to third parties when required by law, or when such third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data that may have.
By using this Website and accepting the Cookies Policy, the User consents to the processing of his/her information by Google in the manner and for the purposes indicated above.
USE OF FACEBOOK
Facebook website incorporates programs (Plugins – additional programs) of the Facebook social network. These are managed exclusively by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). The Plugins are identified in the Website through the Facebook logo or the “like” button.
When the User accesses a page of our Website that contains this type of Plugin, the User’s browser will establish a direct connection with the Facebook servers, through which the content of the Plugin will be transferred to the User’s browser. Therefore, the information that the User has visited nixi1 Website is transferred to Facebook. If the User visits the Website through his/her personal Facebook account, Facebook can attribute the web visit to his/her account. Any suggestion, disagreement or complaint of the User regarding the services provided by nixi1 will be communicated -through any of the Channels indicated in the previous section- in good faith to the Platform as soon as possible so that it can manage the incident or rectify the eventual error as quickly as possible.
nixi1 is not an airline, nor a travel agency, nor an air ticket consolidator, but a Platform that acts as an intermediary between airlines, consolidators and Users. This implies that nixi1 does not in any case provide the services of air transport nor is it subject to the legal obligations foreseeing on the listed tourist agents. Hence, in no case it will be subject to such regulation, especially regarding the attendance and the compensations provided under Regulation EU 261/2004 in relation to overbooking, cancellation and delays of the airlines.
Any request, notification or claim made by the User to nixi1 must be sent to the following address: email@example.com or to its registered office, where complaint sheets are also available.
22.-Legislation and Jurisdiction
The Conditions set forth herein shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Spanish law, being competent in case of conflict the Spanish courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to the User.
23.-Modification of the Conditions: particularities of this service
The present Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice, and it is necessary that the User acts with the diligence to review them again before accepting them previously to formalize each new booking through nixi1. Notwithstanding these, the modifications will not apply to reservations made previously to them.
